Refill Policy

  • You must have at least 50% of your lashes when coming in for a refill or at the discretion of the lash artist it would be rescheduled as a full set.

  • We do not accept refills past 3 1⁄2 weeks, part of the refill process is removing overgrown lashes and replacing them with new lashes. By then they will be overgrown and need to be removed. If this is not done the lashes will twist and become uncomfortable.

  • Your lashes could still look full during this time, but the lashes by the time of your 2 week or 3 week refill would already be grown out, meaning the extension is sitting close if not almost on the near end of the natural lash. Potentially causing breakage or brittleness because of the weight bearing on the natural lash.

  • It’s important to maintain the maintenance of your lashes to keep your natural lashes healthy.

Foreign Fill  Policy

  • We allow foreign fills .We can work over lash extensions from other salons, but please note that there will be an additional charge so you can leave our studio with even and quality work. We have the right to deny this service if the foreign lashes are not up to Tati Lashes Studio standards. Foreign Fills are at the discretion of the lash artists and may be considered a removal and full set.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or any problems, please contact us within 3 business days so that we may schedule an appointment for a service correction to fix any issues. If you do not notify Tati Lashes Studio within the 3 business days, we are not responsible for any free corrections or refunds. We do not offer refunds for any work that has been rendered.

New Clients

We ask that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. If you do not arrive 15 minutes before your service, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time. Please keep in mind our lash specialists may have other appointments after yours. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Booking Policy

A credit card is required to be kept on file to secure an appointment, however, you may pay as you please upon arrival.  We require 24 hours notice to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. Day of cancellations will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled. No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. We cannot schedule a new appointment until any outstanding balances have been paid off in full. Please show up 5 minutes early for your appointment. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply!

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We do however, offer a Tati Lashes Guarantee on all of our services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the lash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service. See our ‘Allergies Policy’ for more details.

Late Policy

If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to us at Tati Lash Studio. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel or make changes to your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of your booked service and or you will be invoiced for the fee, and not able to schedule any future appointments until the balance is paid. Your artist may choose to take a deposit to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your artist  may refuse to provide you with future services.

No Call | No Shows

We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds.

Deposits can be paid via Zelle, Cashapp, & Venmo.

Confirmation Text

As a courtesy, 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply “Yes”  to. However, if you do not confirm and we are unable to reach you to confirm that appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and a fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.

Very Strict & Enforced 24 hour Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Age Policy

Clients must be at least 15 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present during the consultation.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and you think you have any allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply call or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lash extensions free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates. Please see our ‘Refund Policy’ for more details.

FAQ’S

All of our eyelash extensions are synthetic. They are customized by thickness, length, density, and color. Depending on what look you’re going for, as well as the health of your natural lash, will determine what extension is best for you!

Applying a full set of lashes takes about 2 hours give or take. Everyone has different lashes and depending on the current condition of your own lashes, we will sit and consult with you to determine length and thickness of the extension, and what is possible with your lashes.

Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of your natural lashes, which is typically, 6-8 weeks. The more you take care of your lash extensions, the longer they last. To maintain a full lush look, we recommend a lash refill every 2-3 weeks Juniorly. AVOID mascara and products that are oil based around your eyes and eyelashes.

Properly caring for your extensions elongates the life of your lashes! Follow these simple steps to maintain your lashes beautifully!

  1. Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
  2. Avoid hot steamy showers, saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, for at least 48 hours.
  3. Don’t pull, rub, or twist your lashes.
  4. Take care of being aware of your sleeping positions. Don’t sleep on your face. Only your back and side.
  5. Brush your lashes daily.
  6. Avoid oils and oil based skincare around your lash extensions.
  7. Most importantly, keep your lashes clean by gently washing with Tati Lashes cleanser, once a day minimum.
